The Department of Environmental Affairs is currently reviewing the Norms and Standards Regulating the Hunting Industry of South Africa. Not only are some of the members of the ABC involved in the Game and Hunting Industry, but many members have a personal interest in hunting. Please see attached the Draft Proposed Standards and Norms to Regulate the Hunting Industry of South Africa, as published in the Government Gazette of 11 December 2009, for comment . Comments to be received 11 January 2010.
